Seed Supply

Seeds

All native tree and shrub species suitable for revegetation of mines and disturbed sites in the Northern Territory and northern areas of Western Australia and Queensland. All seed is cleaned to industry standard and is fumigated prior to being stored at controlled temperature and humidity levels.

Most species can be supplied in bulk but pre-ordering is essential, when ordering large quantities of seed.

Provenance collection

Top End Seeds can cater for specialised orders as required; collecting seed from your local area and/or as close to the revegetation site as possible.

Seed Testing

Regular testing ensures that seed is of the highest quality possible. ISTA Seed Germination certificates can be supplied on request.

Native Grass

There is an increasing demand for native grass species and to ensure supply it is essential to order in November and December for collection early in the following year (see Price List for a partial list of species and for further information contact Greening Australia).

Wet Season species

These species are generally soft fruited and have short viability. They are only collected to order and must be germinated immediately the order is received. Orders need to be made by November.
